Riding the World

Some photos by from the first 3 days of riding in Los Llanos. An incredible journey that tested mental and physical abilities. Never have I done such intense riding for days on end before, it was a good thing we had a few days off moto in the middle. Eventually I'll get around to editing some reels from the final 4 days of riding.

Now I'm back in Villavicencio until Saturday to get some work done and earn some money. Moving on to Bogotá for a couple weeks on Saturday, then we'll see what happens.

So I went home for a month. Had a sick TW200 to use as my daily get around, saw my friends, enjoyed an incredible bachelor party, met my niece, spent a week with my sister and her family, saw my grandparents, enjoyed an incredible wedding for my cousin, and more. But I tell you what, for as stressed as I've been the last couple weeks, it's all gonna disappear tomorrow when I hop on my own moto and cruise into Ecuador.

Special thanks to Brock. Him and his daughter Maven were awesome to me, gave me a place to stay, didn't get weird when I got weird, and just being a steady place to be around as I adjusted myself to American life.

See y'all in a bit. 2026 World Cup is the next time I plan to be home.

One year on the road and hopefully many more to come.

From never crossing a border in my life to traveling through the majority of Latin America. From barely being able to ask for directions in Spanish to being able to hold a conversation (only one on one, still a long ways to go to be fluent). From being lost and not knowing where I was going in life, to having found my place among strangers turned friends. I wouldn't change a second of the past year.
