This apartment has a great location in the trendy Parkway area, close to many nightlife and cultural venues, bookstores, many bars and restaurants just around the corner. You can find good restaurants offering colombian,peruvian,libanes,
mexican and italian food. Creps & Waffles is a nice place to go for breakfast or treat yourself with waffle and ice cream deserts. Salsa dancing bars such as Cafe Libro, Bar Trementina for live music, Case E on Park Way: theatre, bar, live music and DJ´s in the weekend. This apartment is close to many green areas and parks. On sundays many bigger streets are closed from cars and the bycicles and roller skaters are taking over with kids playing on the streets. The apartment is close to public transport Transmilenio in Caracas Avenue and next to the house are passing the blue SITP public transportation busses. The historical center Candelaria (30 min walk), the convention center Corferias (40 min walk), the Airport, many universities are also very close by such as Universidad Nacional, Javeriana and Los Andes.
