Auto industrial park in Meichang town,Wuqing district Tianjin city, Tianjin BYD Auto Limited Company, There are large area of freeze-thawing and exposed aggregate on factory concrete floor in winter. Factory supervisor are very upset and don’t know how to repair it. They plan to break and change new slab at first, but the maintenance period need half a month, It really caused serious influence on production. On the other hand, the cost is very high. At last factory supervisor find us, decide to use our Concrete Surface Repair Material(BC type).
They overlay a layer pavement on surface of freeze-thawing exposed aggregate. After 2hours open to traffic. Don’t effect production, repair cost just 1/3 of change slab, repair result is nearly same new build road surface. They thanked very much to us.

2nd April - 4th April, 2016 are holidays for Chinese Traditional Tomb-sweeping Day. It is a time to pay respects to one’s ancestors and to tidy there gravesite. Cement concrete road often appear two kinds of damages:
1.Structure broken( broken slab, cracks, corner fracture, pothole)
2.Surface worn out damages(dusting, spalling, pitting, exposed aggregate)
For structure broken damages, we usually use follow repair methods:
1.Asphalt filling:
For traditional asphalt filling: It seems price is much cheaper, but just only waterproof for the moment. Original broken slab didn’t repair completely. Asphalt filling service life usually within 1-5 months, after that waterproof property go down sharply, rainwater soak make foundation loose and cause whole slab broken.
Conclusion: Asphalt filling is just a kind of waterproof method, it is completely unable to repair road damages.

2.Break and change new slab:
It can completely restore road property.but project cost is much higher, long construction period, huge construction quantities, seriously affect traffic and citizens’ daily life.

3.New type concrete deep repair material:
When repair concrete road broken slab or cracks,It reach same effect of change slab. For concrete deep repair material, not only the repair quality as well as change new slab, but also short construction period, rapid open to traffic,little influence on citizens’ life, project cost just only about 1/4 of change new slab.
