Job title: RAN Field Manager

Employment Location: Macau China

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an interface between the customer and the area support team.
- Handling on-call 24*7 support
- Second line technical support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from first line diagnostics
- Provide guidance and implementation for software delivery and upgrades
- Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
- Escalate trouble ticket to backend support organization until the problem is resolved.
- Prepare detail implement plan for network expansion and to fulfill Service configuration and activation according to the service provisioning plan
Requirements:
1) a minimum 5 years experience in 3G/LTE Radio network is compulsory.
2) Functional Skills
- Able to work in a multicultural environment, across different countries or organizations, Customer focus, Managing ex*****on, People management, Presentation skills, communication and Self-Motivated.
3) Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in Incident management & coordination
- Experience in Maintenance, Network Operations and/or Technical Support activities
- Experience in Quality Management
- Knowledge of e-2-e Service Assurance Operating Model
- Knowledge in Nokia RNC, eNode B hardware and software architecture
- Needs to have good knowledge on iOMS applications, RNC counters/KPI and various NetAct applications such as CM Editor, CM Operation Manager etc
4) Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin Speaker and Fluent English is mandatory.
