A Moon That Guides Every Journey
In Chinese culture, there is a traditional story known as “Hongyan Chuanshu” — messages carried across great distances by wild geese.
From ancient courier stations and waterways to today’s containers crossing the oceans, the way we connect has changed. But what we deliver has always been more than goods. It also carries care, commitment and trust.
The Mid-Autumn moon shines over family reunions, and over every journey that connects people across distance.
ForestLeopard Holiday Schedule 2026:
Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25–27
National Day Holiday: October 1–7
Please arrange your shipments in advance. Service schedules may be adjusted during the holidays. Contact our team for the latest updates.
Wishing you a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day!

Amazon US Peak Season Fulfillment Fees Are Coming

Amazon has announced its 2026 holiday peak fulfillment fee period for the US marketplace.

Effective period:
October 15, 2026 – January 14, 2027

Services affected:
• Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
• Remote Fulfillment
• Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
• Buy with Prime

Peak season fulfillment fees will increase by an average of $0.32 per unit, in line with last year’s adjustment. The existing 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge will continue to apply on top of the peak season fee.

Sellers should review product margins, pricing, inventory plans, and fulfillment costs before Q4, especially for low-margin and oversized products.

Plan early to protect your margins during the holiday season.

Amazon EU FBA Import Update: MRN and EORI May Be Required from September 1, 2026

Amazon has issued a reminder for eligible non-EU sellers shipping inventory into European FBA.

If your company is established outside the EU, your inventory is stored in EU FBA, and your goods are imported into the EU from outside the region, you should review your import information now.

This is especially important for sellers using Amazon’s European Integration Service or Pan-EU FBA.

Key deadlines:

- By August 31, 2026: Review historical shipments and complete missing import information.
- From September 1, 2026: Eligible EU FBA shipments may require valid MRN and EORI details.
- Within 60 days after the first shipment arrives at an EU fulfillment center: The required import information may need to be submitted.

What do MRN and EORI mean?

EORI is the Economic Operators Registration and Identification number. It identifies the company or economic operator involved in customs activities.

MRN is the Movement Reference Number. It is linked to a specific customs declaration or shipment.

In simple terms:

EORI identifies the company.
MRN identifies the shipment or customs declaration.

What should sellers check?

- Historical FBA shipments in Seller Central
- Whether the EORI is valid
- Whether each shipment has a matching MRN
- Whether the importer and customs broker information is consistent

Suggested workflow:

Go to Seller Central and open Inventory or Manage Inventory, then Shipping Queue. Select the relevant FBA shipment and check its import details. If the status is incomplete, contact your freight forwarder, customs broker or clearance agent as soon as possible.

Do not create or reuse an MRN without confirming it with the customs agent.

The exact scope and Seller Central workflow may vary by account, destination country and logistics program. Always follow the latest official notification shown in your Seller Central account.

Amazon US AWD Update: Oversized Products Must Now Be Shipped Directly to FBA

Effective July 31, 2026, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) in the US only accepts products that meet all of the following requirements:

- Length: under 18 inches
- Width: under 14 inches
- Height: under 8 inches
- Weight: under 20 pounds

If any single measurement reaches or exceeds the limit, the product is no longer eligible for AWD inbound shipments. Sellers will need to create an FBA shipment instead.

What sellers should do now:

1. Review the dimensions and weight of every SKU planned for AWD.
2. Route oversized products directly to FBA.
3. Reassess shipment quantities and replenishment frequency.
4. Consider GWD for upstream storage and on-demand replenishment to FBA.

Important clarifications:

- The policy applies to all AWD warehouses in the US.
- GWD is not affected.
- Oversized inventory already stored in AWD does not need to be removed.
- AWD shipments created before July 31 will still be accepted, even if they arrive in August or September.
- FBA capacity limits have not changed.
- After July 31, Amazon will prevent ineligible AWD shipments from being created and guide sellers to FBA.

With peak season approaching, sellers should review their SKU data and update inbound plans early to avoid shipment creation issues or replenishment delays.

EU PPWR Deadline: 12 August 2026
Amazon sellers shipping packaged products to the EU should check their packaging EPR compliance now.
Before the deadline:
Register in each relevant EU country.
Upload your packaging registration number to Seller Central.
Report packaging volumes and pay the required fees.
Non-compliance may result in product suspension or loss of Pan-European FBA benefits.
With less than three weeks remaining, sellers who have not started should take action immediately.

Don’t just use AI to create. Use it to listen.
One Amazon baby apparel brand analyzed customer reviews, search terms and parenting discussions with AI. This helped them identify overlooked needs, improve product details and reduce returns.
The lesson is simple: customer feedback often contains your next product opportunity.
Amazon sellers can start small:
Analyze your latest 100 reviews
Ask AI to identify repeated complaints and unmet needs
Compare the findings with return reasons and search terms
Choose one issue and test one product or listing improvement
You don’t need a complex system to begin. Start with one product, one market and one customer problem.
The sooner you start listening, the sooner you can improve your product, inventory planning and fulfillment decisions.

【September Policy Alert | Consider Stocking Up Early】
The U.S. has introduced new measures to strengthen customs enforcement, with several import declaration, review, and penalty requirements expected to move forward around September.
Possible impacts include:
✅ Stricter inspections and customs reviews
✅ Longer clearance times
✅ Higher compliance and logistics costs
✅ Possible price increases for some products
We recommend that existing customers with clear purchasing needs check their inventory for the next 1-3 months in advance. For commonly used models, it is advisable to prepare, price, and lock in inventory in advance to avoid price or delivery fluctuations after September.
Please send us your item details and estimated quantities as early as possible. We will prioritize checking pricing, availability, and delivery schedules for our existing customers.
No need to overstock, but for products you know you will need, early planning is recommended.

📢 [Logistics Delay Alert for US Shipments] 🇺🇸

Dear partners and clients, please be informed of two upcoming events in the US that may affect the transit and final delivery times of your shipments.

🎆 1. US Independence Day Holiday / (July 3 - July 6)
During this 4-day holiday, container pick-up, devanning, courier scanning, and truck delivery scheduling will be delayed. Compensation timeframes will be extended accordingly.

🛑 2. Nationwide DOT Roadcheck / (Around July 12)
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA will conduct a large-scale joint roadcheck nationwide. Many trucks will be stopped for inspection, potentially causing highway congestion. Overall transit times are expected to be delayed by 1-2 days 🚛.
Please make necessary preparations in advance. We will closely monitor the situation and keep you updated! Thank you for your continued support! 🤝📦
