E Control Device For Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car

Electrical Control Desk : Through which you can monitor and control essential running parameter of your Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car. Also, you can detect the fault, nature of fault and the fault location. You can also add following additional features in your control station:

Oil Change Reminder : In the process of using regular transportation in mine, if do not change the hydraulic oil according to the schedule time it may become worse and damage your Hydraulic unit and may causes accident. By setting up the oil change schedule time in the electrical control device and making voice remaindering and text display, if do not change oil on that time, the system stop automatically, so it is efficiently to avoid this kind of accident.

2. Enforced Routine Checking : Increasing this function in the electric control, in order to offer specific maintenance and realize enforced stop to inspect pending. The user can check the Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car system according to the daily inspection set up in the electric control system and confirm it conform to the requirement, then to start the Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car system.

3. But this device successfully application can solve above problem effectively, if any emergency, the passenger only need to touch the emergency stop signal sensor device on the suspended Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car to stop the system.

6. Network Supervisory System : It combines manufacturing, operation, management and control of multiple sensor information integrating for Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car system supervising and fault analysing. And it provides monitoring earlier alarm and forecasting, predicting maintenance and management , information platform sharing between the Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car user and OEM manufacturer etc. So it extremely improves Man Riding / Mine Winder/ Haulage Car dynamic management efficiency.

HENGXIN employee celebrated Qixi festival at the factory.

The Qixi Festival also known as the Qiqiao Festival is a Chinese festival that celebrates the annual meeting of the cowherd and weaver girl in Chinese mythology. It falls on the 7th day of the 7th month on the Chinese calendar. It is sometimes called the Chinese Valentine's Day or the Magpie Festival.

The festival originated from the romantic legend of two lovers, Zhinü and Niulang who were the weaver maid and the cowherd, respectively. The tale of The Weaver Girl and the Cowherd has been celebrated in the Qixi Festival since the Han Dynasty.

During this festival, a festoon is placed in the yard. Single and newlywed women make offerings to Niulang and Zhinü, which may include fruit, flowers, tea, and face powder. After finishing the offerings, half of the face powder is thrown on the roof and the other half divided among the young women. It is believed that, by doing this, the women are bound in beauty with Zhinü. Tales say that it will rain on this fateful day if there's crying in heaven. Other tales say that you can hear the lovers talking if you stand under grapevines on this night.

On this day, the Chinese gaze to the sky to look for Vega and Altair shining in the Milky Way, while a third star forms a symbolic bridge between the two stars.[It was said that if it rains on this day that it was caused by a river sweeping away the magpie bridge or that the rain is the tears of the separated couple. Based on the legend of a flock of magpies forming a bridge to reunite the couple, a pair of magpies came to symbolize conjugal happiness and faithfulness.
