丽新布由于其具有环保，无公害、耐黄变、耐高温、耐酸碱、透气、吸水性强，手感丰满，线条清晰美观,易加工成功能性产品而不改变其物理特性。如：防水、防霉抗菌、抗静电等,被广泛应用于鞋材及其他领域

丽新中底布又称双针丽新布或双针中底布。
丽新中底布是一种非织造无纺布，不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物，只是将RPET纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列，形成纤网结构，然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。
丽新中底布根据针脚不同，分为：1475，1410，1413，1414，1416。这个期75是指一英寸（2.54厘米）之内7.5根纱线。10是10根纱线，13是13根纱线（涤纶丝），14是14根纱线，16是16根纱线。用的涤纶丝的越多，产品的物性越好。丽新布根据后整理不同，分为AS软质丽新布（胶水比较好，定型后产品质地柔软，拉力比较好），-- 多数用在鞋子的内里；AM中性丽新布（比AS稍差）AH（硬质）丽新布--多数用于鞋子的补强；AH（硬质）丽新布--多数用于鞋子的中底或用于窗帘等工艺品上。

本款产品是MA1丽新中底，采用针刺工艺，透气性好，耐黄变环保无公害 ， 适用于大部分鞋款中底。

材料特性：
是取代传统港宝的最佳鞋衬材料，塑型漂亮，不易变形，硬度极强，弹性极优，操作简便，有效提升工序外观美，100%绿色环保鞋材。
应用范围：
适用于中高档运动鞋，工作鞋，特种鞋之前衬，后套。
操作方法：
在放入鞋帮和鞋衬之前，可将其可先进行手工或自动设备的定型
1，将适当大小的趾跟置于鞋帮和鞋衬之间，如果用带有冷热两种功能的机器对其整型，效果更佳。
2，参考标准工作环境：
A.温度位于130度到150度之间
B.贴合时间为10到20秒
C.冷却后定型
请注意：上述所有温度及时间都是基于标准工作经验，仅供参考。具体操作可根据产品厚度，鞋帮种类，和工作环境的不同进行调整。
