In short, we are the ideal companies to help you if you have an online shop selling products made in China and if you want to save time, increase efficiency, or increase the quality and reliability of your products. Our task is to let you focus on the sales only, while we help you with the pick- and packing your orders, sourcing products for you, make factory audits and quality control, customizing your products and/or packaging.
We can directly connect to your shop and do the behind-the-scenes job for you letting you the possibility to check-in on our platform at any time.
We do NOT offer ready lists of products for you to sell on stores. We are always willing to help find the right product and give advice, but sharing an identical list of products to every shop owner is not our policy; successful shop owners’ will to keep their products secret should be respected.
We DO offer all other standard fulfillment services; just better. Dropship China Pro is your partner if you want us to pick and pack your orders – from the factory to the final buyers worldwide. 1Stop fulfillment provides you “a la carte” services: keep doing yourself what you want to; let us take care of the rest:
-Quality Control: Probably our N.1 strength: Most users’ main concerns about Chinese products are still quality related. As a third party between the factory and the shop-owner, we are the ideal actor to make sure the shop owner gets what he paid for.
Our QC policies are “customizable” and can be discussed, but as a standard we use the AQL system; sampling size II, AQL 0.65 (minor defects) or 0.15 (major defects). We can also, upon request, test a bigger (or smaller) part of the products, or use stricter (or less strict) norms. Inspection reports are also available on request.
-Factory auditing: It is part of the “basic package” if you fulfill your orders through Dropship China Pro. If however you wish to fulfill your orders by other means, 1Stop can still carry out factory audits of your suppliers, on your behalf. We can together agree on the adaptations to be made to our standard auditing protocol to ensure we will provide you all the information you need.
-Sourcing: We can find several suppliers, and together decide on which one to work with, based on pictures or a link you send us. We have been doing this since the early stages of our company’s life for our clients, and have successfully found the fitting supplier and product for thousands of requests.
-Product branding, packing customization,…Sometimes finding standard products just isn’t enough, or the low order volumes does not give access to decent OEM deals. In that case, we can also help! We can buy standard products, separately source nice packaging, add your tags or even logos; from simple stickers to chemically glued plasticized tags.
-Bundling, logistics, and Amazon Prep services: Everyone dropshipping center can receive a box of 100 plastic toys and ship them separately. But there are some services we offer that you can’t find everywhere: We can also do this with liquids, or get products from different suppliers and bundle them. We also have some tricks to save space (and money) for your shipment and have very attractive prices thanks to our high daily volumes and partnerships! On request we can also make sure your products are FBA-compliant and send them directly to the Amazon warehouses.

How do we charge
1. No start up cost or monthly fees, we only charge on orders
2.Fulfillment: Product cost from manufacturer+ International shipping cost+15%total cost for most products; can be reduced for very pricy items or large volumes.
