Our Trip.com Group Malaysia team visited UiTM Puncak Alam for an interactive campus talk on careers in the Customer Service industry. Through real-life “What would you do if…?” scenarios, we challenged students to think on their feet—sharpening communication, problem‑solving, and the art of creating meaningful customer experiences.

We also took a deeper dive into our company, shared insights into the evolving service landscape, and offered practical tips to help students transition from university to the professional world 🎓➡️🏢

• Slouchy Keychain Workshop: Trippers turned their personalities into pocket‑size art—bold colors, playful details, and one‑of‑a‑kind stories. A mindful pause to refuel and create something uniquely their own. 🎨🗝️

• Personal Color Analysis: Trippers discovered the shades that complement their natural features and style—building confidence, authenticity, and everyday well‑being. 🌈

We welcomed 136 members from our Korea Team and their families to celebrate Family Month and our wellbeing culture: inclusion, appreciation, and togetherness.
