The Anakin AOTC lightsaber is now available.
This is the saber Anakin Skywalker used in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, which was destroyed during the Battle of Geonosis. Compared to the Anakin EP3 and Vader MPP hilts, this one is noticeably slimmer, and its overall design actually feels closer to Vader’s MPP in terms of proportions and style.
89Sabers has recreated this hilt with a high level of accuracy. It measures 254mm in length, with a 23mm inner diameter and 32mm outer diameter, and fits 7/8" pixel blades. Compared to thicker hilts like Vader’s, this one feels slimmer in hand, more agile, easier to control, and just more comfortable to handle overall.
The main body is made of brass with a mirror-polished electroplated finish. The emitter and the black clamp section are made from aerospace-grade aluminum, helping balance the weight while maintaining strength. All parts are CNC machined, with smooth edges throughout, no sharp spots.
The chassis is removable and made from high-strength nylon. The installed version comes with a Proffieboard V3.9 and a 22mm speaker. Paired with a brass speaker holder, it delivers a deeper, fuller sound.

This lightsaber belongs to Mace Windu. In Episode III, he uncovers the true identity of Emperor Palpatine and leads the arrest himself, triggering a key turning point that changes the fate of the galaxy.

The 89Sabers version is highly accurate in both size and detailing. The hilt is about 274mm in length with a 27mm inner diameter, compatible with 7/8” pixel blades. The main body is made of polished brass with a mirror electroplated finish, and the gold sections are 24K gold-plated. The black grip is made from natural rubber, giving it a solid and comfortable feel in hand. Overall, it has a low-key but luxurious look.

The brass body also gives it a very solid weight. The empty hilt alone reaches 580g, which feels substantial and well-balanced when held.

You can see the craftsmanship in all the small details. All parts are CNC chamfered with smooth, rounded edges, no sharp corners at all. We also did our best to remove anything that would break the clean look of the hilt. So there are no extra buttons or exposed screws on the outside. It also features a hidden crystal chamber, you can reveal it by opening the rubber section behind the activation switch.

It comes with a dual-switch setup, including a main switch and a secondary switch, making it more convenient to operate. The installed version uses a Proffieboard V3.9 soundboard, with a chassis wrapped in a silver-gray metal shell that gives it a more tech-style feel. It includes 19 sound fonts and supports custom sound fonts and blade styles, ready to use out of the box.

More details can be found in the photos we posted. If you’ve got any questions, feel free to leave a message.

Hello saberfans!
We wanted to share our Cal Kestis Mashup Hilt. It’s based on another shoto hilt Cal uses in Fallen Order. We’ve started preparing installs, and it should be ready in about 1–2 weeks.
It’ll come in two finish options, like the ones shown here.
We’re also getting a Leia (Legend) hilt ready, and we’ll share more of that very soon.
May the Force be with you.

This lightsaber appears in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, and it belongs to Starkiller — Galen Marek.

He was secretly trained by Darth Vader, shaped into a weapon that served only the dark side. But through constant missions and inner conflict, he began to question who he was, and eventually chose to stand against the Empire.

The design of this lightsaber carries a sense of unstable power.

The emitter section is similar to Kylo Ren’s side blades, with visible heat staining, like the blade’s energy is literally burning into the metal itself.
The exposed crystal chamber makes everything feel more raw, more aggressive… like the power isn’t being held back.

The hilt is made from aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring strength while keeping the overall weight under control.
The crystal chamber backing uses brass to create stronger visual contrast, and a black aluminum version is also available as an option.

The hilt is 320mm in length, weighs 610g in installed configuration, and has an inner diameter of 28.5mm, compatible with 7/8 inch pixel blades.
The balance is well distributed, there’s a solid presence in hand, but it doesn’t feel bulky, making it suitable for extended handling or display use.

The internal chassis is custom-made from high-strength nylon. The high-brightness LED is embedded in the pommel, providing additional lighting effects when powered on.
It uses a 18650 button-top battery, paired with a 3W 22mm high-quality speaker, delivering strong and clean sound performance.
Installed with a Proffieboard V3.9, supporting custom sound fonts and blade styles, offering excellent playability.

Today we’re showing our Obi-Wan TV saber.

It’s based on his Episode III design, but the emitter was adjusted to feel closer to Episode IV. To match that, we also used the same carbon steel as the EP4 version.

The weathering on the hilt really stands out. It doesn’t just help place it in the timeline, it also reflects Obi-Wan himself. In Episode III, he’s still at his peak. In the series, he’s been through a lot. He’s older, more worn. And you can see that shift on the saber too.

We’ve tried to stay as faithful as possible to every proportion and structural detail of the original design. You can really see that in the photos we’ve shared.

The hilt is 283mm long, with a 28mm inner diameter and 36mm outer diameter. The empty hilt weighs 580g.
The emitter is made from carbon steel, while the main body is crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum with an anodized finish, paired with a brass pommel and a thin neck section. In hand, it feels much closer to a real weapon than a toy.

The balance point sits slightly lower on the hilt, giving it a more grounded and controlled feel when handling. It makes spins and transitions smoother, while also reducing wrist fatigue during longer use.

The removable chassis is custom-built from tough nylon and can be powered on and off independently. It comes installed with a Proffieboard V3.9 chip, featuring 19 preloaded sound fonts with full customization support. It is compatible with 18650 button-top lithium batteries and includes a 3W 22mm speaker.

Feel free to check out the photos for more details, and if you have any questions, just leave us a message.
