Darth Vader’s lightsaber from Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back.

This is the ESB Vader lightsaber without the “micro” plaque.

The hilt is made of brass with a plated finish. It’s about 285mm long and weighs around 750g when empty.

It fits a 1-inch blade, with an inner diameter of 33mm and an outer diameter of 38mm. There’s also a decent amount of room inside, so you can build your own custom chassis.

The six real natural-rubber T-tracks have just a little bit of give, so they feel more comfortable in the hand and don’t feel as hard or unforgiving as plastic.

You can go with either an empty hilt or a fully installed version.

If you choose the installed version, it comes with a Proffieboard V3.9 soundboard, 19 sound fonts, and a high-quality 22mm speaker.

The empty version is mainly for those who want to handle the electronics and chassis themselves, whether that means building a chassis from scratch or having a saber smith do the installation.

The installed version, of course, is the easier option if you just want to put in a blade and start using it.

The Obi-Wan EP3 Lightsaber appears in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, comes installed with a Proffieboard V3.9 soundboard.

The hilt measures 283 mm in length and weighs approximately 590 g when fully installed. The main body is made from aluminum alloy, while the thin neck is crafted from brass, providing excellent balance and a comfortable feel in hand. It features a maximum inner diameter of 25 mm and an emitter inner diameter of 1 inch.
