Swiss International Week

SIW is a multilateral exchange project where students from Asia and Europe spend a week in Switzerland to get to know it better cultural and economic wise.

International Week is a multilateral exchange project where students from about 26 European and Asian business schools organize an intercultural week in their home country and host up to two students from each of the other business schools. In April 2015 the 33rd Swiss International Week will take place. Around 25 students from Asia and Europe will spend an unforgettable week in Switzerland and get to know it better cultural, political, social and economic wise.

100 IW-people already signed up! Let's bring more Swiss IW representatives to Ljubljana! I would suggest to team up to make the journey to Slovenia together.. Leave a comment, those who have already signed up... Furthermore it is a absolutely amazing opportunity for IW-reunions..

Sadly the SIW 2016 is nearing an end... We had an incredible time with our awesome participants and wanted to thank each and every one of you for making SIW 2016 unforgettable.

Last day was spent in Lucerne, where we visited the lion memorial.

We just came back from a two days trip - UNESCO World Heritage site Samedan - Tirano and stayed there for a night.. Great weather, beautiful scenery, awesome people!

Let me share some of our program :).

1. Day

Arrival - Welcome drinks at the 3 lakes in St. Gallen - City tour and welcome dinner

2. Day

Art tour at University of St. Gallen - Introduction to Swiss political system - Appenzell cheesefactory - City tour - Brewery

3. Day

Glencore Board meeting - Swiss federal Institute of technology (ETH zurich) visiting Institute of water engeneering, hydrologie and glaziology - presentation about glacier
