About the Chef
I am Abhishek Reddy from Hyderabad, India 🇮🇳 . A Post Graduate 🎓 in Culinary Arts 👨🏻‍🍳 & Hospitality Management , specialized in Indian, Pastrie 🍰 Bakery , Chinese , Thai, Mongolian and many more Cuisines 😋.
I started my career with 5 Star Hotels, later on worked in Standalone Restaurants, Retail Management and in QSRs.
And here I am ,now living in Switzerland 🇨🇭 for 10 years.

About the Menu
With so much of experience in Gastronomy , many food items were running in my mind but finally concluded with Dosa because it is the only one thing that can be made different fusion fillings.
Dosa is originating in Southern India 🇮🇳 in the town of Udupi at present day in Karnataka state. It has been around since 5th century AD. It is said that Dosa was first invented by Chalukya King Somesvara III . This Indian delicacy can be made with Rice(or Millets), Lentils and has wide variations depending on the region & Occasion .
