May is almost over.

And if you've been following along this month — the training posts, the venue guides, the nutrition talk, the honest Sunday about what travel actually costs you mentally — here's the thing we want to leave you with.

None of it matters without consistency.

Not the perfect workout. Not the optimal meal. Not the ideal sleep schedule. Not even the best gym in the city.

What matters is that you keep choosing it. On the days it's easy. On the days you're jet-lagged in a city you've never been to before. On the Sundays when staying in bed would be the easier choice.
