This isn't about whether a woman is beautiful. It's about respect.

Going to church to worship is one thing. Secretly recording women during service, posting them online, and saying, "This is why I go to church as a single man," is another.

Church shouldn't become a hunting ground where people, especially women, feel like they're being watched, filmed, or turned into content without their consent.

If you're genuinely looking for a wife, approach someone respectfully. Don't reduce women who came to worship into entertainment for social media.

Some things may get laughs online, but they're still inappropriate. Respect costs nothing.

My brothers,

Nobody gives us a manual on how to deal with pain. We just keep moving, keep providing, keep smiling, and keep pretending we're alright.

But hear me...

Some of the anger, distance, overthinking, and emotional shutdown we carry didn't start with us. If we don't heal, we can end up passing that pain to the people who love us most our wives, girlfriends, children, family, and even our friends.

Healing isn't weakness.

Healing helps us become better men. Better husbands. Better fathers. Better brothers. Better friends.

Therapy isn't because you're "crazy." Sometimes it's simply a place to unpack the weight you've been carrying for years.

You deserve peace too, my brother. And the people around you deserve the best version of you not just the version that's surviving, but the version that's healed.

Let's normalize checking on ourselves the same way we check on everyone else.

A healed man doesn't just change his own life he changes the lives of everyone around him.

I am touching base on the tragic incident involving Odogwu Asaba and Favour that happened two weeks ago, as well as my observations following it. The judgment the late victim, Favour, is facing is beyond my comprehension. It is a serious concern that says so much about our Nigerian community. We do not understand the meaning of consent and that a "NO" is a "NO." This lack of understanding is exactly why we have a lot of Nigerians in the diaspora locked up over issues related to this. I strongly urge all immigration authorities to closely monitor the social media videos of applicants from Nigeria. Wherever it seems like an applicant is justifying Grape or blaming a Grape victim, their visas should be declined, or they should be banned for 10 years.
