What we are expected to know about the International deliveries B4 we can be a client or customer.
1.What is international/interstate delivery
Ans... International deliveries also known as import/export services or sending of goods from a country to the others ,import is when you bring from e.g UK to Nigeria while export is sending in from Nigeria to UK
While Interstate delivery is delivery within same countries..eg Lagos to Abuja., etc
2. Where is your office located
Ans: We are located at
NAHCO COMPLEX, IKEJA LAGOS
3. What is the working hour?
Ans: We open from 8am to 5pm ...Mon - Sat
4. Which one is better btw cargo & DHL Express?
Ans: It all depends on customer needs
DHL can send as low from 0-2kg
While cargo in most cases don't take items of such ie items from 10kg & above only if the customer is ready to pay for same rate as 10kg rate for the less than 10kg items
DHL takes 3-5 working days while cargo is btw 10-14days varies
DHL in most cases doesn't require additional custom duties fee but some countries charge at times, buy for cargo it is compulsory you pay clearing fee is btw $3-4 per kg & not to door step,any client that requires doorstep will talk with the agent over there.
5. Why is ur rate low compared to others hope you are not a scammer?
Ans: firstly we are a registered company with DHL
We are trying to help SME business owners that delivery fee is affecting their regular sales.
6.what are the items we can't send
Firstly I will start with DHL
DHL don't send ponmo,perfume,livestock,meat,,palmoil, but can accept any other food Stuffs etc
