Fayaka Airways is seeking an experienced full time B727 Training Captain to join its team to help lead an exciting new project that will be base in DRC, Goma/Kinshasa, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver training on small fleet of Boeing 727 aircraft. Whilst due to the nature of our Client’s long-term contract, day-to-day flying may be limited, the scope to expand business with the B727 will undoubtedly arise. The flying will be varied and interesting and the job far from the “norm” in aviation terms.Fayaka Airways is a rapidly expanding charter company in delivering solutions to difficult aviation challenges.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Hold an FAA Licence (or the ability to convert within 12 months)
Have at least 1000 hours Command time on a B727 or a similar sized aircraft (i.e. MTOW no less than 20,000kg)
A current 727 type rating will be a significant advantage.
Working knowledge of FAA part 121/125 will be an advantage.
A business/management background with a flexible and committed approach to new ideal opportunities will be key to maximizing your effectiveness in role and previous management experience is highly desirable.
IT literate (MS Office, Web Based IT systems)
Capable of working in small team, autonomously and with minimal supervision
Committed, flexible and interested in growing our business portfolio
