If you or someone you know is interested in joining our team, we at Three Way Industries are seeking to hire an Equipment Hauler/ Tower. The driver will be responsible for transport of equipment to and between yard and job sites. A valid class 1 drivers license and knowledge on how to operate the equipment is required. Responsibilities:

- Perform Pre/Post Trip Inspection of equipment (truck/trailer).

- Maintain equipment in good working condition.

- Load and unload the equipment onto trailer.

- Make sure the loads are correctly and safely distributed.

- Perform inspections on tie down tools (chains, straps, binders etc.).

- Must be able to follow determined routes.

- Ensure loads are secure by utilizing chains and straps as required.

- Follow load securement acts and rules.

Requirements:

- Great attitude and work ethic.

- Must be polite and respectful to customers and fellow co-workers.

- Willingness to work long hours.

- Skilled Driver with Class 1 License.

Three Way Industries truly started around a campfire by the three of us on a late spring night in the 2015 seeding season. After a long month of anhydrous fertilizer deliveries, we sat discussing what the future had in store for us. This was at the beginning of an extreme downturn in the oil and gas industries, and while all three of us were still employed as Directional Drilling consultants, the industry was looking grim, and it was decided that it was time to make a change!

Whether it be density, dimension, or destination challenges, or all three - Three Way Industries has you covered with all of your heavy haul transportation and trucking needs.
