You can actually get the garage back in one weekend, you just need the right order. Here's the method 👇

1. Empty it completely. Everything onto the driveway first — you can't sort around piles.

2. Make four zones: keep, donate, toss, and seasonal. Be honest about the maybes.

3. Group the keepers by season — pool gear, patio furniture and camping kit are all heading indoors soon.

4. Give off-season stuff somewhere to live that isn't the middle of the garage floor.

5. Put back only what earns its spot, and label the zones so it stays that way past September.

A container holds it all while you sort, so you're not re-stacking the same boxes three times.

"Which size do I actually need?" is the question we get most. Here's what really fits in each one — no guessing 👇

12′ → a studio, a one-bed condo, or a single-room declutter. The contents of one busy room, minus the big appliances.

16′ → a two-bedroom home or a full renovation. A few rooms of furniture with space to pack smart.

20′ → a three-bedroom move. Our largest — one container instead of renting two.

Every unit is 8′ wide and 8′ high; these are guides, so when you're between sizes, size up.

Your stuff doesn't break because of the road. It breaks because of the gaps. Here's how to pack a container so nothing shifts in transit 👇

1. Heaviest items first, low and centered — appliances and dressers along the floor

2. Build tight layers front to back, floor to ceiling. A full, snug wall can't lean

3. Fill every gap with pillows, blankets and soft bags. Empty space is where things slide

4. Break down what you can — bed frames, table legs — and stack flat against the walls

5. Fragile boxes ride in the middle, cushioned on all sides, never against bare steel

6. Use the tie-down rings to strap each section as you build, not just at the end
