The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Finding and planning backhauls from the USA with existing customers and through outside brokers.
Local city dispatching, and assisting with negotiating rates for back hauls.
Planning the outbound from Winnipeg
knowledgeable of current a Canadian and US log regulations, cross border requirements of ACI and ACE.
Working with and helping the drivers with any log or weight restriction issues
Preference will be given to someone with prior experience using Axon TMS and Samsara electronic logging. Attention to detail is a must.
Assisting in recruitment and driver management
Keeping on track with the assigned KPI’s
