We are looking for friendly energetic employees who love dealing with people and enjoy working on and around the water.
Valet drivers will be driving boats over to the boat launch and dropping them into the lake. You will require a valid drivers licence, knowledge of backing up a trailer and boating experience would be an asset.
Boat rental staff will take customer appointments, rental paperwork, safety and operating instruction. Pre and post rental detailing.

West Kelowna Marine is a family operated business that runs Okanagan Water Sports, Beach front Cafe the Cannery, and Gellatly Bay Boat Storage. Okanagan Water Sports is a boat, seadoo, SUP etc. rental located on the dock at the Cove Lakeside Resort. Gellatly Bay Storage is a dry dock and valet service located in the heart of Gellatly Bay. The beach front Cafe, The Cannery is right on the beach serving ice cream, hotdogs, hamburgers, and treats! With summer just around the corner, we are hiring for positions.

Duties/Requirements at Okanagan Water Sports include:
-Renting out boats, seadoos, and other equipment
-Fuelling and driving boats
-Selling accessories (boat accessories, oil, ropes, etc.)
-Customer service (booking appointments)
- Boat detailing

Duties at Gellatly Bay Storage include:
-Valeting boats to and from the launch
-Backing up boat trailers
-Hitching and backing up boats
- Boat and vehicle detailing
-Yard, cleaning, shop maintenance

Requirements:
-Valid driver’s Licence
-Valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card
-Experience with driving boats and backing up trailers is an asset
-Good customer service
- Be able to multitask
-Answer phones
