✈️ For a family office, private aviation is rarely as simple as arranging one flight.

A principal may be travelling for business while family members are heading to a seasonal residence and guests are departing from another city. Each trip is different, but the preferences behind them often are not.

✈️ Meet the Phenom 300.

Most people start with the question of which aircraft to fly. The more useful question is what the trip actually requires.

For many shorter North American trips, the Phenom 300 can be an excellent fit.

📍 As a light jet, it typically accommodates smaller groups and offers impressive speed and performance for its category. For routes such as Toronto to destinations in the northeastern United States or Florida, it can offer an efficient alternative to moving up to a larger aircraft when the trip does not require one.

🧭 Where it fits best: Short to mid-range trips, smaller groups, and travellers who want the speed and efficiency of a jet without paying for more aircraft than the journey requires.

Depending on the airport, runway and operating conditions, a light jet can also provide access to smaller airports, sometimes allowing travellers to land closer to their final destination.

⚖️ Where it may not be the right fit: Longer flights, larger groups, heavier baggage requirements, or trips where additional cabin space and comfort become more important.

In those cases, a midsize or super-midsize aircraft may make more sense.

That is why choosing an aircraft is about more than looking at its published range or the number of seats on board. Passenger count, baggage, weather, routing and the overall itinerary all influence which aircraft we recommend.

🏁 Race weekends are rarely decided at the circuit.

📍 For the United States Grand Prix in Austin (October 23–25), many of the details that shape the experience are settled well before anyone takes a seat.

Which airport you arrive into, when you plan to leave on Sunday, and whether the aircraft waits for you or returns home all matter.

Each choice comes with considerations. The closest airport is not always the best option, Sunday evening departures can be particularly busy, and holding an aircraft for the weekend only makes sense if it suits your schedule and itinerary.
