There is still LOTS of ice on Clear Lake... The Clear Lake Marina rentals will open in late May, followed by the Martese Cruises in mid-June.

But, our E-Bike Rentals are opening downtown Wasagaming!

The positive aspects of the absence of motorboats on Clear Lake in 2025 were not difficult to identify—most notably, a sense of acoustic and visual calm. At the same time, and somewhat paradoxically, many of us first fell in love with Clear Lake during a period when motorboats were permitted. Those same peaceful moments, along with many other cherished qualities of Clear Lake, also existed when motorboats were present.

For some, motorboats were central to the formation of lasting memories and meaningful experiences. This includes not only local private boat owners, but also the thousands of families who rented watercraft from the Clear Lake Marina or enjoyed cruises aboard The Martese. With thoughtful watercraft management and responsible operation, enabling future visitors to form the same connection with Clear Lake- as countless people have in the past- is entirely achievable.

⚠️Riding Mountain National Park asks for input from stakeholders and visitors to create a management plan for the next ten years.

✅Follow link in RMNP's post below to complete the survey and play a role in shaping the National Park that you want to visit, see, and experience.

⛴ For example, we want to take you for cruises around Clear Lake on the Martese, and jump in the water in the middle of the lake from a pontoon boat! We'll make our voices heard. Please do the same!

Clear Lake Kayak and E-Bike Tour!

No Martese tours this summer..... Despite that, the Clear Lake Marina and Clear Lake E-Bikes are makin' it happen! We'll try to continue fostering connections for visitors to Clear Lake with another opportunity for a guided experience:

Paddle for 2.5km across Clear Lake and E-Bike for 9km around it. Depart from and return to Wasagaming. Approximately 2 hours long. Starting July 8, every Tuesday 6:30pm or Wednesday Morning 8:00am (weather pending).

Local guides to provide educational opportunity throughout. Relatively easy distances, but we recommend at least some prior kayaking and biking experience.
