April has been a Red Seal Chef for over 10 years, working in high end hotels & resorts, and ran her own cafe in Sooke for five years. She currently works as a private chef & event planner. April can plan and create a menu for groups of 2-200, and work within different cooking styles or budgets. Ryan has worked Front of House in various restaurants and hotels from dishwasher all the way to Restaurant Manager, and planed small to medium events & weddings at a Farm Restaurant property. He has also been promoting and managing his band, Nautical Disaster, over the past 6 years and has made a lot of valuable connections in the local music industry. Ryan can find you the right band, and the right sound operator to make your event rock!
