Starting in a rented kitchen Melindas Biscotti moved into the first commercial, residential bakery in Sidney, a converted garage. From six customers and three flavors the little business that could grew to serve hundreds of customers with ten flavours, three Gluten Free flavours and meringues in 4 flavours.
