Their shuttle process was highly manual. They had limited visibility into trailer inventory across off-site locations, and no centralized way to delegate work to drivers. Dispatch was being managed through spreadsheets, which made it hard to see what was happening, where trailers were, and how work should be prioritized.

So, we worked with the customer to build a smarter solution through Shuntware®.
