We are looking for a Sales Representative willing to challenge themselves and others to achieve results. If you are a financially motivated go-getter, ready to be empowered to grow, we would like to talk to you about joining our team for inbound & outbound sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to customers
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions
Preparing and submitting weekly sales or inventory reports to management
Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
Can handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiry
Perform customer verification
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated Department or personnel
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers
Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms
Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
Familiarity with an office environment, equipment, and software
• At least 2 or more years experience in the Sales environment is required
• Good English communication skills both oral and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Programs
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of G Suite and relevant computer applications
• A high degree of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
• A team player and can motivate other team members
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Background in a logistics account or any related industry is a plus
• Experience selling, presenting, and negotiating are typically preferred.
