MAMA RUMI

Hundreds of athletes and tourists come to San José de Chimbo Ecuador every year to tour and enjoy the most iconic Down Hill route in Ecuador.

MAMA RUMI is an ancient Inca road of more than 500 years that connected the mountains and the coast. This ancestral route was used for the commercialization of products between regions, it has become a mountain biking trail, being the most important that Ecuador has and the second in South America.

It starts from 3000 meters to 500 meters and crosses various types of climatic floors.

Mama Rumi is also an annual competition and is characterized by being a tourist development for the community.
