Twillingate Island Boat Tours Ltd., a family-owned and operated business, was founded in 1985 by iceberg viewing pioneer, Cecil Stockley. Iceberg Man Tours was what began the business initially, as Cecil Stockley, now known as the Iceberg Man, began touring in a small boat. Iceberg Alley. The touring season is from May to September, and tours leave the dock three times daily at 9:30, 1 and 4. The
