Why use a travel agent? ✈️
I think a lot of people still think a travel agent is just someone who books your hotel and flights.
It’s so much more than that.
It’s having someone who can take what you tell them you want and turn it into a trip that actually makes sense for you.
Not just the cheapest resort.
Not just the one with the prettiest pictures.
Not just whatever comes up first on Google.
Someone who knows the destinations, knows the resorts, has real experience with different properties and can give you an honest opinion when you’re stuck between 10 different options.
It’s having someone take the hours of research, comparing, reading reviews and figuring out the logistics off your plate.
And then there’s the part that matters most:
The support after you book.
Flight delayed?
Cancelled?
Interrupted?
Something unexpected happens while you’re travelling?
You have someone to reach out to who already knows your booking and can help you navigate what comes next.
Depending on the booking, there can also be flexible payment options, perks, upgrades and other added benefits.
And no — using a travel agent doesn’t necessarily mean paying more.
In most cases, my service costs you nothing extra.
You’re still booking through the same travel suppliers, but you’re also getting a real person behind the booking.
Someone who has spent the time getting to know what you want.
Someone who can save you hours of research and hours on hold.
Someone who can take a little bit of the stress out of travelling.
And when you book with an independent travel advisor, you’re also supporting a small business and a family. 🤍
You can absolutely book a vacation yourself.
But you shouldn’t have to do everything yourself. 🌴✈️
