Motorcycle Rider Training Instructor
Centennial College – Part-Time Contract
Centennial College is seeking Motorcycle Rider Training Instructors to join our Motorcycle Rider Training Program. If you are passionate about motorcycles and enjoy helping others develop safe riding skills, this is a great opportunity to share your experience with new riders.
Our instructors play an important role in helping students build confidence and learn the fundamentals of safe motorcycle operation.

What You'll Do
• Teach students the fundamentals of safe motorcycle riding
• Coach novice riders during on-bike training exercises
• Support students in developing confidence and riding skills
• Help maintain a safe and positive training environment

Instructor Training
New instructors complete approximately 72 hours of instructor development, including:
• Shadow teaching during 3–4 weekend training sessions
• Mentoring from experienced instructors
• Completion of required riding skills evaluations

Minimum Requirements
• Full Ontario M licence
• Minimum 3 years of on-road riding experience
• Clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required)
• Basic First Aid certification
• Must own a road-licensed street motorcycle
• Must be an active rider

The Ideal Candidate
• Passionate about motorcycles and rider education
• Patient and comfortable teaching beginner riders
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Owns appropriate motorcycle safety gear
• Able to successfully complete a MOST skills test
