✈️ Booked a trip to Cuba? Know your rights! 🇨🇺
If you’ve booked travel to Cuba through a TICO-registered agency or tour operator, Ontario consumer protection laws have your back — especially with ongoing travel disruptions there. That means:
✔️ You’re entitled to a refund, comparable alternate travel services, or a voucher/credit if something you paid for can’t be delivered.
✔️ If your accommodations aren’t as promised, you should be offered a refund or alternate stay.
✔️ Your travel agent must tell you about conditions in Cuba that could affect your decision before and after booking.
✔️ Standard booking terms (like change fees) still apply if services are available, and some suppliers are offering goodwill options too.
👉 Talk to your travel agent for details or questions!
