EZ Courier Express ezCourier Express offers a variety of courier and delivery services to individuals, businesses, and corporations. CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

1.

Our shipment services are great for Businesses, or simply anyone. Carrier will not accept for delivery: Bank Bills,
Currency, Coins, Negotiable Securities, Statuary,
Paintings or other Works of Art, Explosive or
Radioactive Materials.

2. Carrier's Liability will not exceed the lesser of
$1.50 per pound or $50.00 unless the carrier
agrees in writing that the class of goods is covered by the carrie

r's insurance and the shipper agrees to pay an additional sum for insurance on a higher declared value.

3. The carrier must be notified of loss or damage to shipment within 24 hours and in writing within 30 days after the shipment was received.

4. The carrier shall not be liable for any special or
other damage caused by simple delay in delivery
whatever the cause of such delay.

5. Carrier is not liable for loss, damage, delay or
destruction by reason of riots, strikes, acts of God, the queen's or public enemies, act or default of the owner or shipper of goods, radioactive contamination or nuclear reaction.
