Ontario is reopening and beginning to normalize. We are here to help.
Here’s how we are keeping you safe:
1. Face Masks: We require all drivers to wear face masks, and ask that you also do so. Masks have been found to be highly effective against the spread of the virus.
2. Hand Sanitizers: We have made hand sanitizers available in all cars. It is important to frequently wash your hands with soap and water, but where that is not possible, the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers is effective.
3. Enhanced Cleaning: We require all drivers to disinfect the interior of the car, door handles, and all high-touch areas after every call. We use an industrial strength cleaner which has been shown to be effective against the virus.
4. Social Distancing Measures: We ensure that the seating arrangements inside the cars allows for the greatest social distancing possible.
5. Scheduling: To ensure that we have time to disinfect the cars, and air out the space, we are increasing the time between each pickup. This will not affect your pickup time.
