MENU 2:

Handmade Beef Tapa

Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirlion thinly sliced
5 tbsp oyester sauce
4 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp of ground black sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:

1. In a container combine soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and sugar and mix well. Set aside
2. Place inside the refrigerator and marinate for minimum of 6hrs depends what you like
3. In a pan.add 3 tbsp of cooking oil

Prep time 6 hrs
Cook time 15 mins
Total time 6 hrs and 15 mins

MENU 1:

Air Fryer Lemon Pepper chicken wings

Ingrendients:
2 lbsl. Chicken wings
1 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp oil

Instructions:

1. Toss the chicken wings with the seasoning for 2hrs.
2. And place the wings in the basket of your air fryer in an even layer.cook at 375°f for 15 mins then flip the winy and cook additional 15 mins
3. Serve wings with your favorite dipping sauce .enjoy!

Prep time 5 mins
Cook time 30 mins
Total time 35 mins
