CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash your tee or sweater inside out in cold water on delicate setting. Avoid dryer if possible or dry on tumble dry low. If your shirt or sweater is wrinkled upon arrival (from shipping in Poly Mailer bag), the wrinkles will relax out with first time wash. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? As of mid January 2022 the current approx turnaround is 7-10 business days (this DOES NOT include shipping time - please note I'm shipping from Ontario Canada. This also excludes weekends & holidays). If an order is received after business hours (5pm) then the following day is considered first business day of processing. Tracking #'s are provided once they are scanned by the courier at the sorting facility. APPAREL BRANDS/VINYL DECAL
BRANDS: Most adult shirts are Bella + Canvas or Gildan. Onesies/Infant/Toddler tees are Rabbit Skins Fine Jersey Brand. Sweaters are Gildan brand. I ensure to only use brands that I would purchase for my own family including my little one. VINYL: Please note that I use a matte or shiny vinyl, to see real live photos of my shirts please check out our Instagram page. Please also note that the colour of font (Vinyl) used on each item is shown in the colour option photos, so the t-shirt/sweater you see in the photo(s) showing all colour options is the colour of font that will be used on your item (ex. Maroon t-shirt - white vinyl, White sweater - black vinyl). I use a top quality heat transfer vinyl for all items. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS? Sizing details are included with each listing. The adult tees & sweaters are unisex sizing so they tend to run a bit large. I am 5'2 and 107lbs and a "S" fits me comfortably. Baby/Infant/Toddler Rabbit Skin apparel are true to size. If you like looser clothing, try getting a size up, they will grow into it!If you're unsure about sizing feel free to send me a message! However please note that some sizes and colours have a higher cost because my supplier charges more for anything larger than L. Also please note that the maximum width for a design is 11 inches so the design will be the same size on an XL as it is on a 2XL (or larger). Machine does not allow me to cut vinyl any larger than that. DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS? Since each shirt/sweater is made to order, I will accept cancellations within 24 hours. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product.This disclaimer applies to matching sets as well. The adult sweatshirts used are Gildan brand, the Toddler (2T-5/6T) are Rabbit Skin Brand - there is a slight variation in the shade of sweaters due to them being manufactured by two different companies.
