Expedia Cruises has a robust customer feedback process in place. One of its major metrics is 'Our Promise Rating"

This rating reflects customer feedback from the very detailed 'Our Promise Survey' emailed to clients and is used as an indicator of my overall performance in the booking process.

Very pleased with high score!

The second thrill is somewhat related - as a high performer, I have been invited to participate in a two-day marketing masterclass sponsored by Viking Cruises and hosted by Michele Saegesser , Senior Vice President for Sales. Incredible honour.

Can't wait to "sharpen the saw" (from the old chestnut ).
