We are looking for a proactive German-English Bilingual Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

💼 Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, source potential customer leads, and introduce company products/services to target clients.
- Proactively explore customer demands, identify potential business opportunities, and guide clients to share their needs during communication.
- Record detailed customer feedback, purchase intentions, and interested product information; track and nurture warm leads continuously.
- Arrange further meetings & communication for potential clients with the BD team to boost sales conversion.
- Accurately log all call records, follow-up status and lead data in the official system, and conduct regular data sorting & analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the sales/BD team for smooth lead handover and subsequent customer follow-up.
- Complete other ad-hoc sales support and customer relationship maintenance tasks assigned by supervisors.

✅ Job Requirements
- Language: German B2-C1 level (fluent & professional); English for internal daily training & communication.
- Experience: 1+ year experience in outbound calling, pre-sales, customer service or lead generation; 3+ years of German language usage (living/working) is required.
- Preferred: Candidates with solar power / electronic components sales experience are highly welcomed (not mandatory).
- Soft Skills: Excellent telephone communication, logical thinking, good listening & customer guiding ability.
