🎉 Great news, Georgina!

Thanks to the generous support of the Town of Georgina, our Fitness & Friendship Seniors Recreation Shuttle will continue.

This means weekly trips for seniors to enjoy recreation and social time at local facilities like the MURC and Georgina Ice Palace. Participants can take part in programs such as Tai Chi, swimming, utilize the walking track, and more.

We are so grateful to the Town of Georgina for helping keep this program moving so seniors in our community can stay active and connected!

An important update about the Quest Bus.

March will be the final month of scheduled Quest Bus trips, as current funding ends March 31, 2026. Beginning April 1, there will be no further Quest Bus programming. The bus will remain available for paid charter services only.

We know this service has been more than transportation. It has meant access to food, wellness programs, shopping, social time, and connection. We are incredibly grateful to every participant, partner, and supporter who has been part of this journey. 🧡💜

Our March trips are now open for booking and will be the last scheduled outings for the time being. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we would love to see you on board.

We are actively seeking funding to restore service in the future, though nothing has been confirmed at this time. Updates will be shared as they become available.

In the meantime, we’ve included alternative transportation resources in this post for those who rely on the bus to access essential services.
