Stettler Stitchers held their last meeting of 2025. A Pot Luck was held, this amazing group of ladies contribute their time, their talents, their friendship, their money and they are also very, very good cooks as well.
Close to 400 quilts were donated to various local charities, Ronald MacDonald House and Central Alberta Child Advocacy Center.

Many thanks to all the families and individuals who have donated material to make this happen.

Just a note. There is no sew day on December 18. The First day back in 2026 will be January 8.

November 20. Member, June B. asked us to make some placemats for Points West Living in Stettler. The ladies handed in the finished projects today. No instructions just 12" x 18", Christmas themed. It was a fun project. The wall hangings are June's personal project as well she made many of the placements.

Joan Statz gave a course on Fabric Values. Color Tones, color contrast, and coordinating colors. Everyone received a copy of the Book Joan Published "Quilting with Color". She had examples of different colors, their values and how to test for them. Easiest ways, squint or take photo and change to black and white. This course applied to the HST exchange/challenge the Guild is currently doing.
Two member projects were shown. Sandy made a goat quilt and Joan a Paw Patrol quilt.
