Drawing on his experience at Toyota and in the fire department, he emphasized the importance of balancing customer and supplier needs, never ignoring problems, proactively identifying process issues, and breaking large challenges into manageable tasks. He concluded by encouraging leaders to embrace the mindset that "pressure makes diamonds" as they face future challenges.

What an incredible day at the Easter Seals Ontario event at Bear Creek Golf & Country Club in Barrie!
This year's country BBQ themed event raised an outstanding $100,000 to help children and families access essential accessibility equipment, enjoy camp experiences, and benefit from programs that promote independence and inclusion.

Thank you to Steve Croft for representing Wills Transfer at the event.

We're grateful to be part of initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for children and strengthen communities.

Welcoming new Team Members at Wills Transfer!

We recently hosted a New Hires Meet & Greet at our Wills Smiths Falls location, bringing together new team members for an introduction to Wills Transfer and the people behind our operations.

During the session, our leaders shared insights on the values that guide our company, the importance of our people, and the role each employee plays in our continued success. The group had the opportunity to tour the warehouse and office, giving them a closer look at how our operations come together.

It was a great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and welcome our newest team members to the Wills Transfer family.

Welcome to the team, Andre, Wilson, and Luke!
