Lead a crew of 5–16 Buckers and Splitters delivering firewood to Witset Elders! A projected 10-week contract, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP.

Pay: $35/hour

First aid premiums available for designated attendants:
Level 1: +$1.50/hour
Level 2: +$2.50/hour
Level 3: +$3.50/hour

Must be 19+ with crew leadership experience and a valid BC driver's license. Chainsaw safety knowledge required.

• Advanced / OFA3
• Environmental Monitoring (through Silvicon)

Job Details:
• Priority will be given to qualified Witset First Nation community members, Indigenous and local applicants.
• Training opportunities for close-to-qualified applicants.
• Work Schedule: 6 Days on, 1 Day Off. Long weekends off.
• There will be a required onboarding session of BC Hydro online tickets as well as online Resource Roads training prior to beginning work.

These positions offer exposure to meaningful construction work, growth potential, and opportunities to transition into longer-term roles within the ROGA Group, Kyah Resources, and Silvicon Services.
