We are hiring for a new Parts runner duties as follows:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts from various locations in Slave Lake. Class 5 required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including documenting oil samples, warranty items and assisting the parts manager with record keeping of items ordered etc. Computer skills are an asset as excel and other programs are used. Attention to detail is required.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff regarding what is needed to be picked up and any issues that may arise. Knowledge of heavy-duty parts is an asset.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and restocking inventory.
- Cleaning duties in the parts room is required daily.
- Cleaning in the offices and bathrooms is required 3 days pe week. There are monthly and annual cleaning schedules as well. Not restricted to sweeping, mopping, and wiping down work areas.
- We have a very fast paced work environment, must be able to multi task. Must be able to stay on task and work unsupervised.
