Over the past few months, the Port of Trois-Rivières has worked closely with numerous partners to explore promising projects that will help shape the future of our region and our supply chain.
As part of the Government of Canada’s Trade Diversification Corridors Fund, we submitted a proposal aimed at exploring new ways to enhance the performance of our infrastructure, improve the flow of goods, foster innovation, and strengthen the competitiveness of our trade corridor.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported this initiative, including our municipal, economic, industrial, community, and educational partners. Their confidence reflects the importance of continuing to develop modern, high-performing infrastructure that is well integrated within the community it serves.
Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing some of the ideas and development opportunities that are inspiring our vision and guiding the Port’s actions: trade fluidity, innovation, technology, sustainable development, and seamless integration within our community.
No matter which path is taken to achieve these goals, one thing remains certain: we will continue working alongside our partners to build an even more efficient and competitive port, serving the Mauricie region, Quebec, and Canada.
