We have worked in this building 3 times in, probably 12-14 months. Great location, and covered parking for the truck that saved our asses last winter during one of the worst blizzards.

The superintendent is always ready to let us in, and it never seems to matter what time we get there (downtown condos could NEVERRRRR). So, shoutout to Dionne, Deonne, or maybe Deon/Dion? Shoutout to big D! He took some cards so maybe we'll meet again soon and I can ask. He loves to talk.
