Wilger Manufacturer of Better Sprayer Components for over 35 years! Wilger Industries Ltd. was founded in 1976 by Wilf H.

Wilger, the company's President, to manufacture agricultural field sprayers. In 1985 Wilger designed and began manufacturing a multi-spray head turret, followed shortly by the Radialock cap and the COMBO-JET all-in-one Tip-Cap with snap-in strainer. In the following years Wilger has developed several other industry leading products which are utilized by major sprayer manufacturers worldwide. Our o

ngoing goal is to develop and manufacture better engineered, innovative, sprayer components that make spray application safer, easier and more effective. Wilger has manufacturing and distribution facilities in Lexington, TN and Saskatoon, SK, Canada. The 42,000 square foot Saskatoon facility is shared with Quality Molded Plastics Ltd., an affiliated company that is a major manufacturer of rotationally molded products.

Wilger has designed and developed a wide range of sprayer products.

The Combo-JetĀ® all-in-one tip/cap was the product that put Wilger on the map. The tip/caps cover a range of 0.05 USGPM to 6 USGPM and comes in 4 styles to meet your droplet and spraying needs. They four style of Caps are ER, SR, MR, and DR.

Unique Radialock cap retainer makes it easier to put on and take off caps and caps are less likely to get knocked off. Available in single, double and triple outlet wet boom, dry boom and KWIKSTOP models.

Combo-RateĀ® Nozzle Bodies let you spray with more than one tip at same location to optimize coverage, drift control... and results.
COMBO-RATE II saddles have a universal mount that allows them to be mounted with the fluid take off at bottom of the boom pipe, just like conventional nozzle bodies.

Flow View Ball Flow Indicators are cost effective, modular, flexible configuration ball flow indicators let you see the liquid flow when you can't see the nozzles or outlets.

Quick Nut SST components cost less, weigh less, and are more serviceable than standard sprayer boom piping. Thin wall stainless boom tube comes ready to assemble, with formed ends and pre-punched nozzle body inlet holes.

The Quick Calibrator & Quick Control make spray nozzle inspection, calibration and maintenance quick, easy and accurate, to ensure the most effective application possible.
