An answer to the most-asked question: when can I actually book?

Here's how we roll out. We launch neighbourhood by neighbourhood, as Edmonton drivers finish certification (vulnerable sector check, vehicle inspection, training, city licence). It takes real time per driver, on purpose.

The waitlist is the map. We recruit and place drivers where the most families are waiting, and invites go out in waitlist order as each area opens.

This is two of my crew, a few years ago. Buckled up, shades on , ready to roll.

They're teenagers now. But I spent their whole childhood doing the same math every parent does: how do I get them where they need to be, safely, when I can't be in two places at once?

That worry is the whole reason K-Go exists. Kids-only rides, with drivers we vet, train, and interview live, in-app tracking the whole way, and a confirmed handoff every single time. We drive kids ages 3 to 17, every age mine ever were, and every rule we have is the one I'd demand for my own.
