Meet David Armijo, a member of Sunbury's flatbed division who brings 10 years of trucking experience to the road, including the past three years with Sunbury.

Originally from Chile, David specializes in hauling oversized loads and is currently delivering concrete panels for a major construction project in Minto, N.B.

What does David enjoy most about the job? The freedom of the open road, the challenge and reward of handling specialized oversized loads and being part of a great team.

As we wrap up this summer season, we're recognizing the hard work and dedication of our RST fuel drivers.

This summer, customers spent their weekends on the road, on the water, at campgrounds, and on the trails. Behind many of those moments were our drivers, working long hours to ensure fuel was delivered safely and reliably wherever it was needed.

To our fuel drivers, thank you for the commitment, professionalism, and effort you bring to the job every day. Your work helped keep communities moving and customers supplied throughout another busy summer season.

Meet Thomas and Diesel, a puppy with a big career ahead of her.
As a flatbed driver, Thomas spends plenty of time on the road, and Diesel is learning what it takes to be the perfect co-pilot. From keeping him company between stops to making every trip a little brighter, she's already becoming a valued member of the team.

We're proud to partner with CCNB - Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick to support the next generation of transportation professionals through the Sylvain Gagné Memorial Scholarship.

Congratulations to this year's recipients, Mohamed Houam and Sébastien Caouette, who received full sponsorship of their Class 1 driver training and have since joined the RST Sunbury team.

Pictured alongside them is Nico Theriault, one of last year's scholarship recipients, who is now a full-time driver with Sunbury. His journey is a great example of how investing in people can create meaningful career opportunities while helping strengthen our industry for the future.
We thank CCNB for its partnership and look forward to supporting more aspiring drivers as they begin their careers in transportation.

Before graduation, Amica had already secured her next opportunity. Now, she's begun her first rotation with RST Transport through the Careers in Motion program.

Designed to help new graduates explore different businesses across J.D. Irving, Limited's Transportation & Logistics Division, the program is giving Amica the chance to build on the hands-on experience she gained during her co-op term with Atlantic Towing while continuing to learn and grow.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, she's gaining valuable experience and charting an exciting career path in transportation and logistics.
