Charlo Airport is located at Charlo, New Brunswick, Canada and serves a large portion of northern New Brunswick and the south shore of Quebec's Gaspé Peninsula. Charlo Airport Commission Inc., the not-for-profit owner and operator of Charlo Airport, is under the direction of a thirteen member volunteer Board of Directors. On a larger scale, the Charlo Airport Commission views its role as a key fac

ilitator in linking the economic needs and growth opportunities of northeastern New Brunswick with various business activities of the air transportation community. The Commission also believes its role as a catalyst in regional economic development being complementary and concurrent to other regional development programs. This is made possible through the Commission's direct involvement with transportation, industry contacts and its ability to work effectively as a service provider to both the marketplace and transportation companies. Charlo Airport features an 1,800 meter (6000 foot) all weather runway capable of accommodating flights ranging from small General Aviation aircraft to corporate and mid sized jets. State-of-the-art navigational aids and bilingual Nav Canada service enable it to be used as an alternate airport by airlines serving other locations on a regular basis during inclement weather conditions. Its runway length and facilities will allow for further growth in transportation and business development at Charlo Airport. The Charlo Regional Airport Authority Inc. wants to extend a massive thank you to all the incredible organizations, first responders, logistics teams, and dedicated personnel who made the Restigouche Airshow on August 22 and 23 a safe, smooth, and spectacular success! While the event took place over one weekend, many of these individuals spent months preparing behind the scenes to make it all possible. An event of this scale takes an immense amount of teamwork, coordination, and long-term community spirit. We are deeply grateful for your time, expertise, and outstanding support over the last few months.

Le Spectacle aérien Restigouche des 22 et 23 août derniers a été un succès retentissant, et c’est grâce à l’incroyable dévouement de nos bénévoles, de nos leaders et de nos partenaires. Votre précieux temps et votre énergie ont fait toute la différence !

RESTIGOUCHE AIR SHOW – IMPORTANT UPDATE
The final decision has been made, and unfortunately, the weather is not in our favour today.
But don’t worry! ✈️ The show must go on!
We are inviting everyone to come to the Charlo Regional Airport for a special meet-and-greet with the Canadian Snowbirds.
The terminal will be open to the public from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for this special opportunity to meet the Snowbirds and get their autographs.
We hope to see everyone this afternoon! ❤️✈️
SPECTACLE AÉRIEN DE RESTIGOUCHE – MISE À JOUR IMPORTANTE
La décision finale a été prise et, malheureusement, la météo n’est pas de notre côté aujourd’hui.
Mais ne vous inquiétez pas! ✈️ Le spectacle doit continuer!

RESTIGOUCHE AIR SHOW – IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE
The Canadian Snowbirds will make a final decision at 12:30 p.m. on whether they are able to fly, weather permitting.
If they are unable to fly, the following plan will be in place:
✈️ The terminal doors will open at 1:00 p.m. for an autograph session with the Canadian Snowbirds.
Please continue to follow our page for further updates.
We will not be responding to individual messages, and we kindly ask that you do not call the airport telephone number for additional information.
