Wingtat Game Bird Packers 永達農場 This is the Official Page for Wingtat Game Bird Packers.

永達農場自1989年在卑詩省楓樹嶺成立以來，一直都以推出獨特口味、保持產品新鮮及確保最佳品質為目標。

為達到此目標，永達農場將屠場由楓樹嶺遷往素里市的Port Kells。我們擴充了廠房數次，及更新生產設備以提高生產效率及質素。

憑藉永達全體人員的努力，以及我們進取的市場策略，永達農場早已有口皆碑，在業內贏得很高的地位。永達農場更於1995年榮獲卑詩省新加人企業家頒發的「製造 (加工)商業管理傑出表現」的最高榮譽。

永達農場是卑詩省首個及全加拿大第二個符合・重點準則及重點控制系統・HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System) 標準的農場。這進一步印證永達在業界的領導地位。此標準是由美國太空總署及Pillsbury食品公司共同研發用於控制提供太空人於升空計劃時所需之食物，以確保不會造成因食品病原菌所引致的污染。此系統透過重點分

析以控制所有加工步驟而確保食品之安全。

永達農場選用優質的家禽品種，配合先進的科技及加工過程，以確保產品是品質優良、雞味十足。

事實勝於雄辯，時至今日，永達農場備受消費者愛戴的產品已經在北美洲各主要城市有售，並已擴展至世界其他市場。
