These pumps will definitely save many properties as they are also designed as a . DO NOT TRY THIS WITH ANY OTHER PUMP. IT WILL SHATTER THE FIBERGLASS AND DESTROY THE PUMP.

The Warthog pump is built to withstand the abuse it may receive in all sectors of our industry. Here you see some testing done to demonstrate how rugged the Warthog pump really is. It was thrown down 30 times like this and 15 times on its side, then i beat it with a sledge hammer 30 times on the side where the two halves meet and then put back into the test pond with the engine governor tied for maximum RPM to over rev the engine and pump to push water up a high and steep incline in order to put the maximum amount of pressure on the pump to point that it was producing twice the normal operating pressure.... and it passed with flying colors. Just another example proving how RUGGED READY AND RELIABLE the Warthog products are.

"Last Friday I landed at the Calgary Airport in a splash, and from that point on it reminded me of being in Hurricane Ivan years ago - a lot of destruction, disbelief, and very unfortunate realizations. We are on high ground but had a house full of campers wondering if their house was still standing. I have an inventory of Warthog drainage pumps in my shop, and we got involved right away with deploying them to where they were most needed right after the flood. With the help of Jennifer Schwartzenberger Paterson, father inlaw Grant, his neighbor Danny Burton, Craig Baun, Greg Szydlowski, and Shawn Hunter - we qualified as Emergency Services and got into the front lines right away including Calgary Zoo, Memorial Drive, Stampede Grounds, Spolumbos, Murdoch Manor, Roxboro Ave, several downtown parkades, and then the High River water treatment plant. I had never seen a Warthog actually run, so that was step one in a nearby ditch. They pump 50,000+ gallons per hour for long distances, but it was a question as to how they would perform pumping out basements where vertical head is an issue, but this pump climbs vertical walls just fine. Deployed 4 at once into High River and it looked like an ocean but they called today to say these four pumps had not shut off once since the weekend and they are almost finished draining that pond in the photo. These little pumps are absolutely amazing, they outpump the big trailer mounted pumps. I have one that I am happy to loan out to friends if you need a basement pumped. And there are still some in the shop for sale if you know a rental or contracting company or somebody that needs to buy one."
